I am an Alumni Distinguished Undergraduate Professor in the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. I earned a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree from Lehigh University. At NC State University I have developed several courses and taught over a dozen different classes, including 20 years of teaching leadership seminars and academies for the prestigious Park Scholarships Program at NC State University. As a Park Faculty Scholar, I worked with the Class of 2004 and have contributed to the development and implementation of the selection system, the grant program, and the mentorship program for the Park Scholarships over the same period....
