鈥� Revising/Updating training identification (learning options, training titles, objectives and contents corresponding to each development need in the competency models.
鈥� Supervising/ facilitating the competency assessment process for process engineers, production operation and water handling employees, as well as supervising entry of assessment data to Oracle and developing PDPs .
鈥� Supervising the preparation of external training priority lists & implementation of PDP based training action plans.
