I am inspired by the shapes and colors of nature. I am Red Bull when action and energy is required, green-tea when encouragement and advice is needed, chocolate flavored milk with stakeholders and champagne when a spark is missing. I always take with me both a microscope and binoculars. I value transparency in relationships, communications, processes and achievements. I learned to spot an opportunity even in difficult and stressful situations. I am a human being - imperfect, but asking questions and moving forward.
