I aspire to achieve a leadership role in an auto-manufacturing company where I will be given responsibility for health of the company and made equally accountable for growth and development of the organization. It is a position where I am supposed to take quality initiatives & decisions to meet up customer expectations and requirements by organizing all available resources, while ensuring prompt and fast reaction to issues brought on by market and valuable customers.
