My stay on planet earth has been remarkable so far- owe it to the exposure to diversity and creativity during my teenage. It has inspired me to become who I am today by imparting a valuable insight into the workings of different cultures and humans.
These real life experiences helped me grow in my professional career (what else but HR& coaching) and I have successfully nurtured human talent and helped people outlive their fears for 12 years.
I am known for developing consensus and have a natural ‘ability with people’ with special focus on teaming. Call it an instinct or a talent; I tend to bring the best out in people. No wonder my MBTI is UNFJ:)
