Marieke is involved in strategy, change and transformation processes at a wide range of companies. She has many years of experience in designing and facilitating change and leadership programmes. In 2012 she established her own company GiessenCo and continues her relationship with De Baak today as an associate. At De Baak she gained three years experience as a manager in two business units Baak Change and Baakblue, both focused on change.
