By many I have been described as an appallingly dull fellow, unimaginative, timid, lacking in initiative, spineless, easily dominated, no sense of humour, tedious company and irrepressibly drab and awful.
And whereas in most professions these would be considerable drawbacks, in the law they have proved a positive boon (due respect to Monty Python).
As a director of View, I specialise in trusts, tax, superannuation, asset protection, estate and succession planning and related areas, and have been fortunate to be recognised in the ‘Best Lawyers’ list since 2014 for trusts and estates and 'Doyle's' since 2015 for taxation and since 2017 for wills, estates and succession planning.
