SPC Sanda conducted inspections of TCF and The Hive and found several areas that could support wild animal habitats or termite infestations due to cracks, wood material, and vegetation. Sulphur powder was suggested to repel snakes, scorpions, and centipedes by scattering it in cracks and holes. Untreated wood debris should be removed and a termite baiting system installed to control termites. Immediate preventative measures were recommended to avoid potential hazards from wild animals at the facilities.
