SPC Sanda conducted inspections of TCF and The Hive and found several areas that could support wild animal habitats or termite infestations due to cracks, wood material, and vegetation. Sulphur powder was suggested to repel snakes, scorpions, and centipedes by scattering it in cracks and holes. Untreated wood debris should be removed and a termite baiting system installed to control termites. Immediate preventative measures were recommended to avoid potential hazards from wild animals at the facilities.
The common nature of taxation was mentioned and Islamic finance has to follow it no matter what. However, in being supportive to newly introduced financial system, Islamic finance has been given some initiatives to be compatible as well as on its way to strengthen the Malaysia’s economic on which perhaps aiming to be the central hub of Islamic finance.
