Monitoring of all data flows from or to SAP (interfaces built with other system with which SAP communicate) . Involved in all projects and change requests related with SAP application (modules- MM, SD, FI, FM, RE, PM ) .Testing with users, new projects and change requests related to the SAP system. Participating in the team creating the training programs for operators related to the newly implemented processes. Training the staff to work with the applications.Provide a connection between the end users of the application and the SAP consultants/ developers.
