I am Naima. I am working as an academic staff (lecturer) for more than 2 years now. Research is my passion. Recently, I am interested in conducting research on problem solving behaviour and creativity. I am trying to conduct few experiments in my home country with limited resources. My goal is to develop some research instruments which can easily be used by researchers from developing and underdeveloped countries with limited resources.
