This literature review summarizes 24 studies on the health effects of exposure to 7 oil spill accidents between 1989-2008. [1] Most studies used cross-sectional and short-term follow up designs. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kontribusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dan Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis kontribusi, yaitu membandingkan Realisasi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dan Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan dengan Realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Data yang diambil selama kurun waktu empat tahun, mulai tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2014. Data-data tersebut diperoleh dari Dinas Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Bekasi.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) PBB berkontribusi terhadap PAD Kabupaten Bekasi, rata-rata berkontribusi sebesar 8,75%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh realisasi penerimaan PBB Tahun 2011 dan Tahun 2012 merupakan Dana Perimbangan Kabupaten Bekasi, dan realisasi penerimaan PBB dari Tahun 2011 sampai Tahun 2014 melebihi target atau tingkat pencapaiannya sebesar 113,22%, 2) BPHTB berkontribusi terhadap PAD Kabupaten Bekasi, rata-rata berkontibusi sebesar 38,51%. Hal ini disebabkan realisasi penerimaan BPHTB melebihi target atau tingkat pencapaiannya sebesar 129,22%, 3) PBB dan BPHTB berkontribusi terhadap PAD Kabupaten Bekasi, rata-rata berkontribusi sebesar 61,70%.
