Naoufel Werghi received PhD in Computer Vision from the University of Strasbourg and Msc in Instrumentation and Control from the University of Rouen, France. He has been a Research Fellow at the Division of Informatics in the University of Edinburgh, Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Sciences in the University of Glasgow, then in the College of Information technology of the University of Dubai where he founded and headed the Intelligent Information Systems Research Group. He has also been a Visiting Professor at the Department of Computer and Electrical Engineering, University of Louisville, USA. Currently, he is Assistant Professor at the Electrical and Computer Engineer
