I am interested in Events Planning and Customer Behaviour Research. I enjoy the challenges in the hospitality and service industry and this continuously helps me to improve my communication skills. I have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service as I am used to work at Customer Service Department at New World, New Zealand. I also joined social groups as well as attended communication workshops when I was a student in New Zealand.
