I was the first born of my immediate and extended family and the son of a pastor. I like to tell people I went to church every day during my childhood and that is not far from the truth. My father has been my mentor and guide through life even during the times our relationship was not the best. Leadership is a vital part of who I am and the person I have become. Life has thrown more obstacles at me than I thought I could handle but I have managed to not only overcome them but grow and learn from each hurdle.
