I strongly believe that female leaders are the ultimate solution to pretty much every problem that ever existed. Born in sunny England, I grew up in South Asia, and, like most of my friends, studied abroad in the US where I spent fours years analyzing the gender inequality, feminized poverty and violent conflict I'd witnessed during my childhood in Nepal.
I've been heading up Women LEAD’s work in Nepal since June 2011 and have found it to be one of the most manic and glorious experiences of my life.
