As Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Grohe I麓m responsible for implementing through all organization the adequate lean tools for each situation. Those tools included VSM, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban, Standardize work, etc. It is also my task support and trains the process owners and their team to sustain the improvements and changes for the future.
