I was born by Remedios and Arnulfo Villarin at Guimod Norte, San Juan, Ilocos Sur. I have 6 sisters and 3 brothers. I finished my elementary eduction at Bacsil, Elem. School and high school at ISNHS, Vigan, Ilocos Sur. I finished my BSBA, major in accounting at PSBA, Manila in the year 1977. I got a job as an accounting professor at TIP Manila for 25 years, I retired there in the year 2007. At present, I am the Dean of the College of Accountancy at the National Polytechnic College of Sscience and Technology. I,m doing online businesses as my part time job and hope to make it full time upon reaching an income that I'm comfortable with. My goal is to have financial freedom for my children.
