•Manage and provide customer service issues to new and existing sales accounts in all CALA region.
•Manage customer accounts thru CRM , pending orders, customer payments and inventory.
•Provide logistics and customs support in regards documentation, certificate of origin, NAFTA and customs requirements for orders.
•Prepared strategic logistic planning for urgent deliveries. Able to contribute to a successful sales goal for the region and be able to increment market share grow.
•Plan and manage expos and events in the region.
