Oversee the planning, development, implementation and support of an in-house technology platform used at more than 10 demonstration projects to enter client assessments and track compliance with court mandates.
Currently managing pilot projects using Salesforce and Social Solutions which may eventually be used organization wide as a replacement for in-house product.
Also coordinated vendor selection and managing the development of a new database system to track clients in our reentry program.
