With 20 years experience, Niamh has worked for 3 Irish public library authorities and 3 academic library institutions. For most of the past decade I have been the Systems Librarian at IT Tallaght where my main areas of responsibility are, systems administration, cataloguing, web site administration, electronic resource management and marketing in addition to taking part in the day to day management of the library. I have been responsible for the implementation of many new modules and services, creating and managing many changes.
