Things to think about when creating your roadmap. Which organizations will you join? When? Will you study abroad? When? How do you intend pay the expense of that? Will you go to summer school? Where do you want to do your internships? What will your coarse load be each semester?
Smart Goals State exactly what you want to accomplish. (Who, What, Where, Why) Specific How will you demonstrate and evaluate the extend to which the goal has been met? Measureable Stretch and challenging goals within ability to achieve outcome. What is the action-oriented verb? Achievable How does the goal tie into your key responsibilities? How is it aligned to your objectives? Relevant Set target dates to guide your success and timely completion. (include deadlines, dates, and frequency) Time Bound
