Change Consultant 鈥� Focusing on handling and managing the human dynamics of a change, I utilise PROSCI鈥檚 ADKAR methodology to ensure change initiatives meet objectives and deliver ROI on time and on budget by driving the impacted employee groups to faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and employee proficiency, making certain the change is accepted and embedded throughout the organisation.
At the same time I act as a coach to senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of a change sponsor whilst I am supporting the project team and leading cross functional teams in broad and complex environments that require leadership within a matrix organization.
