I'm a Careers and Welfare Coordinator for The Manchester College and UCEN Manchester. I specialize career and welfare provision for neurodivergent SEND students and assist vulnerable and disadvantaged students,with their progression into further/higher education or employment. I was previously Research Assistant at the University of Manchester, based at the Centre of Equity, within the School of Education.
My interests focus specifically on, inclusive education and policy for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. I recently worked on the Department for Education Extended Service Evaluation. Previous life, I managed Community Learning Centre for nationally recognised SMCP.
