I am a U.S. Navy veteran and former newspaper editor in historic Gonzales, Texas. As a wife, mom, journalist, photographer and dog lover, I embrace life and always look for ways to creatively document the events of our world through language, images and imagination.
I am currently the Main Street Manager for the City of Luling, Texas, working to preserve the historic buildings downtown while improving the economic growth of the community through marketing and tourism.
I was news editor at The Gonzales Cannon Newspaper for 2 1/2 years. I am also a feature writer for the monthly defense industry magazines - Special Operations Technology, and Ground Combat Technology.
