In 2008 I joined Sourcing Analysis in DONG Energy. The team was newly started, so we had to develop all tools and methodologies ourselves. Today, Sourcing Analysis consists of six analysts, supporting Procurement with analysis on suppliers, markets, spend, commodities and so forth. Furthermore we give advice on how to strategically approach categories. We do tender evaluations and participate in the preparation of new tenders. Last, but not least, we arrange and teach at Procurement Academy, DONG Energy's internal academy for procurement professionals. In 2007 I joined Danske Bank.
