NISCO is registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on May 12, 2008. Its mission is to improve the quality of life of farmers and farm workers by supporting their initiatives in livelihood and agricultural productivity development. NISCO believes that after land tenure improvement (LTI), the need to provide production capital assistance and viable alternative farming technology to members is imperative as most agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) face the challenge of how to make their lands productive and a viable source of income.
NISCO provides credit to its members for their agricultural production and livelihood capital requirements.
