Responsible for the Enterprise Energy Management software business unit at McKinstry, with strong focus on P/L, financial and operational metrics. Manage a software development team and a software implementation team to build and deliver an energy management software product which includes consulting with clients and following a strict implementation process. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other Partners to achieve targets and grow business.
