I hold a Master of Business Administration, awarded by the University of Cape Town. Over the past fifteen years or so, I have been working as Consultant, Lecturer, Director of the Tourism Authority, as Manager at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) and as Programme Officer at the UNDP local office. I was given the responsibility to manage a whole organisation, a department or projects. Operating in these positions has helped me to hone management, leadership, interpersonal and strategic planning competences.
