Mr. Spencer has extensive executive experience in early stage mobile companies. Prior to joining Alef as a founder in 2010, he served in executive management and technical positions at a number of prior companies. Previously, Mr. Spencer was the CTO at Spectrum Mobile, he was the COO at Beezag, he was the CTO at UPOC Networks, and he was the CTO at Pinnacor Inc.
He has also served on the advisory board of several mobile content companies, such as Yankee Group and Mojiva, and was a founding board member of the CTIA Internet Caucus.
