Having been teaching improv since 2006 and gaining further interests outside of the then passion for acting and films, I can now happily confirm that Applied Improv for Autism is being developed. Always will be developing like any improv related interest. The core insight into the task of applying improv can be found in young children, from 3 years old. It would take time and money to engage this dream. Another route being taken is Improv Comedy for Asperger's Syndrome. This is slightly easier to implement.
