My background is in instructional design and the design and development of large knowledge transfer products. This has unfolded in corporate, startup and social change settings, and I've learned managerial, leadership, communication and entrepreneurial skills in all of those contexts. I'm fundamentally interested in "big knowledge", which I view as both a problem and a solution. The problem is that we need to organize huge amounts of knowledge so it can be acquired and applied - by ourselves and others.
