I am a member of the Bioinformatics Support Service, which is part of the Centre for Integrative Systems Biology and Bioinformatics (CISBIO). I develop data management tools for systems biology and bioinformatics. My role is to to build software for the management and integration of the data generated by the experimental biologists and computational modelers in systems biology.
I also develop web applications for many different research groups and Health Care Professionals within the Faculty of Medicine and the five Hospitals in Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in order to let them manipulate and analyse clinical data.
