I work with an interdisciplinary team to develop optical and photonic instruments, sensors, and devices with the end goal of productizing for markets including environment, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and defense.
Roles/Responsibilities
-Project technical lead.
-Proposal writing (includes assessing manpower and costing).
-Project and proposal technical review.
-Program management including program report writing and sub-contractor and vendor sourcing management (including international).
-Represent PSI at professional meetings and conferences including giving technical talks and industrial talks.
-Participated on committee for PSI website redesign.
