The Navy Ombudsman Program, begun on September 14, 1970, promotes healthy, self-reliant families.
My name is Renee Gragg. I have proudly served as the NOSC Charlotte Command Ombudsman from March 2008 to the present under the Commands of CDR Matthew Jackson, CDR Christopher Walsh, LCDR Will Palmer and CDR Pat McCaslin. My service at NOSC Charlotte began in December 2006 as Unit Ombudsman for the Operational Support Unit (OSU).
The daughter of a Marine Corps Staff Sergeant, I have a deep apprecation and respect for the men and women who selflessly serve our great country and for the families who support and serve alongside them.
