Nichole leads human capital operations for Serent Capital, working with board members and management teams at Serent portfolio companies to identify executive talent requirements, recruit leaders into key roles, design human capital strategies, and execute those strategies. She also leads the development of Serent human capital initiatives and programs, including but not limited to the Executive Network and Summits.
