Randall started Cascade Business Services back in 2001; in 2007 he renamed the company Number Crunchers® Financial Services and has acquired the trademark for Number Crunchers®.
In 2007 Randall and Dianne Mueller started the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada where bookkeepers can become certified. Randall was the first certified professional bookkeeper in Canada and the association is well on it’s way to becoming the association for the bookkeepers in Canada.
