Lahir di kota Bangil tgl 27 pebruari 1957di desa Dandang kec. Beji. anak terakhir dari 7 saudara yang terdiri dari 2 saudara laki-laki, 5 saudara perempuan. kuliah di IKIP Negeri Malang, lulus th 1982. Bertugas sebagai guru mulai pengangkatan th 1982 di SMA N 2 Kota Pasuruan. th 1990 pindah ke kota kelahiran yaitu Bangil sampai sekarang di SMA Negeri 1 Bangil. Punya anak 2 selesai kuliah dan bekerja. menunggu pensiun
