NEW HORIZON NGO (NH) is one of the largest local non-governmental organizations in the Municipality of Ulcinj (founded on 1999).
The mission of the organization is: to increase participation of the citizens in local processes and broader, contributing in that way to development of democracy and promoting good governance, through realization of educational and integration programs.
Based on this mission, New Horizon formulated several goals and objectives:
- To increase active participation of women in social and economic life.
- To increase participation of youth in social life.
- To increase the quality of local government.
- To contribute to continuous improvement of inter-ethnic dialo
