Long is a lecturer at Professional Communication Department, RMIT University Vietnam. He is charge of several courses within Public Relations stream including: Foundations of Public Relations, Contemporary Public Relations Research, and the capstone course of Professional Communication Studio.
Regarding educational background, Long finished his PhD in Marketing at The University of Adelaide, Australia, ranked in top 100 universities in the world. His dissertation "The importance of Consumer online collective empowerment on Customer Brand Engagement" received a Dean's Commendation for Doctoral thesis excellence.
