I manage a USDOE recognized weatherization/building home performance technical training center in upstate,NY. NYSWDA's state of the art training center is nationally recognized as one of the nations top "legacy" training centers in the growing "green jobs" energy efficiency and building science technical fields. On a daily basis I manage training operations/scheduling, curriculum development,and trainer/proctor workload. I oversee four talented subject matter expert trainers that train US DOE WAP, NYSERDA HPwES, BPI certifications, EPA Lead certifications, and OSHA safety. We love what we do and it shows!
