Dr Andre Oboler is a social media and online public diplomacy expert. He is CEO of the Online Hate Prevention Institute. Dr Oboler also acts as an adviser providing consultation on online strategy to community organisations, NGOs, companies, and governments. He is responsible for a number of leading online projects. Dr Oboler also serves as co-chair of the working group on Online Antisemitism for the Global Forum to Combat Antisemitism and as the IEEE Computer Society’s Country Coordinator for Australia and New Zealand.
