Oktay joined in Intel in 2006 as the representative of Software and Services Group in Middle East, Turkey, Africa region; he managed Intel Software Partner Program and other software related initiatives till 2011. He moved to San Francisco Bay Area to support Intel's new charter in tablets and smartphones by managing relations with the key ISVs in the Silicon Valley. Since January 2013, he is based in Istanbul and doing business development and software enabling with regional partners in financial services industry on Intel鈥檚 secure element technology in EMEA region.
