I have over 13 years’ experience in operations in the banking, media, marketing, FMCG and BPO sectors. Within the telecom sector, I have set up and managed the first MNC BPO in J&K with Vodafone processes as its core business.
Having worked with companies such as GE, Convergys, Hindustan Times, Barclays Bank, J&K Bank, FIL Industries and Aegis Limited, my role has evolved to senior management level.
I have gained wide exposure from executing strategic & business decisions, team building/management, design thinking, customer experience, quality, transparency, client confidence and operational control.
