Currently working as Lead Technologist in Gasification team of Reliance technology group, involved in execution of ~6 billion USD Gasification plant.
Part of the core process team of the project, with responsibilities to execute following packages:
- 110 bar steam superheater (~130 gcal/hr), technology by Linde-Selas
- 1000m3/hr Effluent treatment Plant (by VaTech Wabag)
- Cooling tower, deaerator, Condensate Polishing unit.
Job involved technical bid evaluation, best technology selection, review of HMB, PFD, PID, Controls, Equipment & instrument datasheet, SP3D model, hydraulics, HAZOP, FAT, C&E etc.
