A Marketing graduate, pursued his post-graduate studies at Kyoto University (Japan) after being rewarded the Japanese government scholarship (MEXT). During his six-year long stay in Japan, he visited the whole country, learned a lot from Japan's unique culture and developed a broader perception of the world. During his MBA and Doctoral studies and after a short- yet inspiring trip to Dubaï, he decided to make of place branding in the MENA region the main topic of his research.
