Also, Handle Joining formalities, Filing their documents in a respective file and keep it in the record, Induction of new joiners, Training Coordination, Training Schedules, Ensuring training effectiveness, Employee Engagement i.e. their Grievances, Payment issues, Exit Interview etc.
