After finishing my education of Hospitality & Marketing in Amsterdam I started my career in Hotel Heidepark part of Hotel de Hoefslag. I specialized in F&B management for filling several management positions and even a position as Sous-Chef in a luxury restaurant.
After Hotel Heidepark came the “Ambassade Hotel in Amsterdam" A luxury Hotel in the hart of the city " Heerengracht" one of Amsterdam’s most famous canals.
