I am working at the Applied Bioinformatics Group, which focus is on Plant genomics. Key topics on this research are: Brassica evolution, genome-wide studies, Climate Change Adaptation. Here we use a variety of software tools for computational analysis of the genomic data.
My project is "Genome diversity in Brassica juncea" and the aim is to study the genetic material of the species B. juncea (which can produce canola quality seed), and find special characteristics of its varieties.
