Dr. Oscar Aguer is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Academic Officer of Whitney International, a leading project in Latin America in Education and ITC, with 10 Universities with a presence in 9 countries with more than 8,000 employees, 34 Campus and more than 500 learning centers. He is also the Rector and President of the Academic Committee at Red Ilumno. He was CEO of the Open University of Catalonia, Spain (UOC) a leading University in e-learning, and the UOC鈥檚 Group of 5 companies. Also, he served as CEO of GECSA and as General Manager of THR.
